Employees localize in another country and are paid in line with local remuneration packages but may receive supplementary payments / benefits as well as a “right of return.”
Employees can work away from the office in a different state or country for a specified short period of time, typically combining the remote work with vacation. Can be referred to as “vacation remote.”

Employees take short term work trips to a different state or country for a limited/defined period of time, for business purposes. May include project workers with frequent shorter trips to the same location.
