The Trump administration: Global mobility in a new political environment

Donald Trump was sworn in as the 47th President of the United States on January 20, 2025. As expected, his administration is moving fast, with a series of Executive Orders and proposed legislation on the table to address his change agenda.

With this new administration in place, Vialto will continue to provide ongoing commentary and analysis relating to potential changes to the United States' immigration, tax, and other policies that impact global mobility.
